Our Rates:
Our rates are reasonable and simple. We charge $35 per person per hour.

All full day tours (8 or more hours) are billed at $250 per person for the day. This includes all water, snacks, food, and transportation.  Full day tours require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the balance due 7 days prior to the tour date.

Children:
Children 15 and under are always free. 

Group Rates:
We do offer discounted group rates. As the dynamics of each group are different from group to group, please call us to inquire about how we can cater an adventure to meet your interests and budget.

Multi-day Rates:
For trips that involve hiking, backpacking, and camping, we charge $300 per person per day. Minimum age is 10. On multi-day adventures, all necessities (food & gear) required for a particular adventure are included.

Specialty Tours:
The above rates apply to all hiking, 4x4, swimming, backpacking, and camping tours. Specialty tours are billed as follows:

• Full Moon Adventures $95 per person
  
  
• Northern Arizona Wine Country Tour – A Couple of Tastings $125 per person
  
  
• Northern Arizona Wine Country Tour – Several Tastings $195 per person
  
  
• Northern Arizona Scenic Tour includes Sedona & Flagstaff $300 per person
  

Payment Options:
We accept Cash, Checks, Credit Cards through Google Checkout, and PayPal. Payments made through PayPal are to be directed to jim@sedonahikingadventures.com.
Full payment is due at completion of adventure.

Payment Policies:
We at Sedona Hiking Adventures appreciate your business. When making an online reservation, please be sure you know the dates are available for the tours you would like to go on. (Your email address will not be shared).  

In order for us to reserve the time especially for you on the date you specify, we require a 50% deposit on all tours booked online. Please call or email us for a tentative quote as to the projected cost of your tour. Deposits are charged to your account within 5 business days.

Deposits are nonrefundable, though we are happy to allow you to reschedule the tour date for up to one year from the original date of the tour. The full amount of your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled tour date.
