Sedona, AZ–land of the red rocks–elevation 4,200'

jim hiking in SedonaSedona Hiking Adventures offers something for everyone. Are you looking for a shorter, less strenuous canyon hiking trail to visit and photograph the Anasazi ruins and petroglyphs? Or is a day of intense Sedona hiking and rock scrambling up to the summit of our highest peaks what you desire?  Whatever your interests and capabilities we will gear a Sedona Hiking Adventure just for you. Our main goal is to help you enjoy and explore Sedona in all its glory.

Sedona is one of the most beautiful places on the planet, conveniently nestled in northern Arizona, between Phoenix and The Grand Canyon.  Surrounded by red rock bluffs and canyons, Sedona is a small town with an elevation of 4400 feet. Where it lacks people, it makes up in endless majestic vistas and outdoor opportunities. The cool and serene waters of Oak Creek meander through town providing a verdant greenbelt to compliment the red desert landscape.  For the wilderness enthusiast, Sedona offers world-class hiking trails and awe-inspiring beauty and we are Sedona’s premier host for an outdoor exploratory adventure of any kind.

Sedona vistaOur Sedona hiking tours incorporate the best of what there is to do and see during any given season. Fall foliage walks up West Fork trail, summertime blackberry sampling and swimming along one of our many creeks, even full moon hikes and stargazing trips can be arranged. During the summer monsoon storms our treks take you to Sedona’s many waterfalls and majestic red rock formations. Incorporating many of Sedona’s vistas, sunrise and sunset excursions make for excellent photographic opportunities. If you’re into old western movies, we even offer hikes that include old movie sets from the 1950’s. We offer an array of seasonal outings that incorporate viewing of area wildlife.

Cathedral rockWe also offer multi-day backpacking/camping adventures that immerse you in the backcountry of Sedona and northern Arizona that few have a chance to experience. For those interested in several types of outdoor adventures, we offer multi-sport expeditions. All tours are private and personalized to meet your individual expectations, desires, and capabilities. Our adventures are endless and are only limited by your imagination. No two adventures are ever the same!
